Tennessee Trip

From September 30th to October 3rd I was in Pigeon Forge, TN with my boyfriend and his family.  I had never been to Tennessee before and was excited to go.  I was invited because they were invited to a wedding that weekend.  However, they had to reschedule the wedding because the family caught COVID.  We still had a really good time and went shopping and had some really good food.  The two places I enjoyed eating at the most were The Mellow Mushroom which had amazing pizza and Cinnaholic which was the coolest place I have ever seen to get gourmet cinnamon rolls.  Plus, The Mellow Mushroom had vegan options and Cinnaholic is 100 percent vegan, which was great because my boyfriends mom is vegan.  We had a beautiful view from our cabin even though it was a struggle to get to because we had to drive straight up into the Appalachian Mountains!  We also went on a one person sled rollercoaster that goes through the mountains an is over a mile long.  We decided to go at night so we could see the tracks light up.  Even though we didn't go to the wedding, it was a nice little weekend trip for us all.
